Writing and Graphic Design Examples

Blog Post

I had an internship with Doyenne, located in Madison WI, a non-profit that provides services and helps women entrepreneurs. Besides creating and posting all the social media posts while working, I wrote a blog post about self-care for founders.

For the coffee shop I worked at, they were updating their menu. I moved their whole design to Canva, so anyone can edit it and make changes at anytime even if they don't have design experience.

As a contributor to the case study, I created this graphic for a billboard ad. However, it was not put in the official case, due to changes we made later.

Along with the blog post, I was tasked with running their social media accounts. These are a few examples of Canva-made graphics that were posted. I typically used Hootsuite to post to all of the different platforms.

In my digital writing class, we had a month-long assignment where we wrote lego instructions in different forms with limitations and completed usability testing with each different set we created. These are the final instructions I created.

I worked on a project to create a mock-up of my university's website redesign a student program that they recently introduced. We completed research and user experience tests to create this website.
